Reproduction 8 day, weight brass movement Massachusetts shelf clock. 4th Qtr 20th Century
CONDITION:
Nicely made mahogany copy of an Aaron Willard Mass. shelf in original finish with some small dings. The crotch veneered bottom panel has developed a stress crack in the center area. Nicely painted dish dial is very clean. Hands are period to the clock. A typical front mounted banjo clock pendulum movement was used in this clock. Weight is a banjo style. A very nice reverse painted tablet. Overall an attractive example. Ht 33"
